Recent Outages

Some customers have been unable to access their control panel over recent days and we apologise unreserveadly for this. We appreciate that this will have caused problems and we have accomodated those customers where we can.

The cause of the problem was the domain renewal system used at the time of lazy sheep media being registered. Whilst it renewed correctly the DNS servers failed at the time of renewal and didn't allocate the domain correctly. It was only Lazy Sheep Media affected by this
